Q: Are clothing items eligible for returns or exchanges?
A: We accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
- Please allow us 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
- We will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.

Q: Are skincare products eligible for returns or exchanges?
A: Due to hygiene factors, all skincare products are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We appreciate your understanding in maintaining the highest standards of hygiene for our customers.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product with a photograph:
- For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
- Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense and are either replaced or fully refunded.
- We will review and notify you if claim is approved. If approved, a new order will be shipped to you.
Q: How long does it take for my order to be processed and shipped?
A: We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Typically, orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping times may vary, but standard shipping usually takes approximately 7 business days. Depending on the address it can take approximately 7-15 business days. Please note that these times are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.
Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?
A: On certain products, we offer expedited shipping options at an additional cost. The availability and delivery times for expedited shipping depend on the destination. You will have the option to select expedited shipping during checkout if it is available for your order.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through the carrier’s website.
Q: What happens if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?
A: If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team immediately via our contact page. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a suitable replacement.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time we only ship within the U.S. We will be expanding our shipping very soon, so be sure to check back!
Q: What are your shipping rates?
A: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the items in your order, as well as the shipping destination. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
A: If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us through the contact page as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
